Terkejut, bangga, girang, haru jadi satu.
Karena apa? Hmmmm... sungguh di luar perkiraan saya. Di kampus tempat Abahnya nduk Jija bersekolah, saya mendengar ayat ayat suci Al-Qur'an dilantunkan.

Saat itu, di kampus sedang berlangsung acara wisuda. Seperti biasa, kita tidak ingin melewatkan acara yang diadakan setahun sekali itu. Kebetulan saat itu, Arnold Schwarzenegger yang saat ini menjabat sebagai Gubernur California (the Governor of California) menghadiri acara tersebut. Arnold menceritakan perjalanan karirnya dari sejak dia sebagai aktor hingga bisa menjadi Gubernur secara singkat, dia juga berpesan agar para mahasiswa terus semangat dalam mewujudkan impian impiannya.

Yang sangat membuat saya terkejut adalah ketika, di akhir acara, ada doa bersama.
Subhanallah... Dalam serangkaian doa tersebut, yang pertama kali terdengar adalah Surat AD-DHUHA yang terdengar nyaring dan merdu...
Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan doa doa menurut agama agama lain.

Ternyata di lingkungan kampus, nilai nilai beragama, toleransi beragama sangat tinggi. Tak jarang ketika bulan Ramadhan, di kampus juga terdengar Adzan tiap hari Jum'at sebagai tanda waktu Sholat Jum'at.
Tapi saya tidak menjamin semua kampus di Amerika memberlakukan hal tersebut.

Untuk mewujudkan hal ini, mustahil kita selaku orang tua hanya berpangku tangan saja menunggu sampai saat itu tiba. Orang tua harus membantu anak-anaknya untuk bisa mencapai semua itu.

Kebetulan saya mendapat bocoran lima hal fundamental yang harus ditanamkan oleh orang tua dalam mendidik dan mengasuh anak-anaknya. Saya share disini ya

1. Kepercayaan
Percaya pada orang lain adalah hal yang paling mendasar bagi seorang anak agar nantinya ia dapat membina hubungan dengan orang lain, membentuk rasa percaya dirinya, dan maju dalam setiap tahap proses perkembangannya, oleh karena itu harus ditanamkan sejak anak lahir. Dimulai dengan rasa percaya pada orang tuanya, yang dapat tumbuh dalam diri anak jika ia selalu merasa aman setiap kita berinteraksi dengannya, menyusuinya ketika ia lapar, menggantikan popoknya saat kotor, memeluk saat ia membutuhkannya, atau hanya dengan menatap matanya. Seiring dengan itu pula, ia mulai belajar untuk menumbuhkan rasa percaya pada orang lain dan dirinya sendiri. Setiap anak akan menunjukkan perilaku yang berlainan agar mereka diperhatikan orang tuanya. Terbiasalah akan hal ini, pahami apa yang anak butuhkan saat itu, dan penuhilah segera. Semakin anak mengerti bahwa kita memahaminya, semakin tinggi tingkat kepercayaannya pada kita.

2. Kesabaran
Anda dapat menanamkan kesabaran pada diri anak dengan cara memberi contoh melakukan sesuatu yang membutuhkan kesabaran, karena anak memiliki perilaku untuk meniru orang-orang yang ada di sekitarnya. Ia melihat, kemudian ia melakukannya. Membanting pintu saat Anda menutupnya sepulang bekerja karena kepenatan dan kemacetan lalu lintas, merupakan contoh yang sangat buruk bagi seorang anak. Tetapi membantu anak membersihkan susu yang ia tumpahkan ke lantai memberikan penglihatan yang lain bagi dirinya. Untuk melatih kesabaran anak, ajarilah dia untuk menunggu bukan dalam hitungan waktu, tapi dengan ukuran suatu keadaan. Jika anak menginginkan Anda untuk mengambilkan sesuatu yang tidak dapat ia jangkau padahal Anda sedang mengerjakan sesuatu, memasak misalnya, katakan padanya bahwa Anda akan mengambilkan apa yang ia inginkan jika Anda telah selesai memasak, daripada Anda mengatakan, " Iya, tunggu lima menit lagi ". Melalui hal ini, anak akan menilai sendiri berapa lama ia akan mendapatkan keinginannya dengan menunggu dan memperhatikan kapan Anda selesai memasak.

3. Tanggung jawab
Jika kita ingin sukses, banyak komitmen yang harus kita buat dan kita laksanakan dengan konsisten. Saat anak Anda menjatuhkan botol susunya ke lantai dan melihat Anda mengambilkan botol susu itu untuknya, ia akan mengulanginya kembali dengan sengaja. Hal ini menandakan bahwa ia mulai mengenal hubungan sebab akibat dan belajar bahwa ada konsekuensi dari apa yang dilakukannya. Ini adalah saat dimana Anda dapat mulai melatih rasa tanggung jawab anak dengan memintanya melakukan hal-hal yang mudah, seperti mengembalikan mainan pada tempatnya. Agar anak juga tahu mengapa ia melakukan hal itu, Anda harus memberitahukan maksud dari sesuatu yang Anda ingin ia lakukan. Selaras dengan pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya, anak membutuhkan waktu untuk memahami kemudian melakukan sesuatu yang Anda minta dalam rangka mendidiknya untuk mempunyai rasa tanggung jawab. Oleh karena itu orang tua tidak dapat memaksakan atau sekaligus menanamkan begitu banyak tanggung jawab pada seorang anak.

4. Kemandirian
Kemandirian akan membantu anak Anda untuk mempunyai rasa percaya diri dalam menginginkan dan memutuskan sesuatu bagi dirinya. Anda dapat menumbuhkan kemandirian pada anak dengan cara membiarkannya melakukan sesuatu yang dapat dilakukan oleh anak seusianya. Saat anak berusia 1 tahun, ajari dia makan sendiri menggunakan sendok, satu tahun berikutnya ajari dia berpakaian sendiri. Buatlah menjadi lebih mudah sesuatu yang dapat ia lakukan sendiri, seperti membelikannya sepatu tanpa tali pengikat, atau kaos yang agak longgar sehingga ia dapat mengenakannya sendiri. Seorang anak terkadang menunjukkan bentuk primitif dari sikap empati, misalnya dengan menangis saat melihat ibunya sedang menangis. Sebenarnya seorang anak belum mengerti akan perasaan orang lain sebelum usianya mencapai 3-6 tahun. Seorang anak yang berumur 2 tahun tidak akan tahu bahwa dengan menggigit lengan kakaknya berarti ia telah menyakitinya, karena pada saat itu ia sendiri tidak merasakan sakit. Untuk membantu anak memiliki rasa empati, orang tua harus memberitahukan pada anak saat ia melakukan sesuatu yang dapat menyakiti, membuat sedih atau marah orang lain. Katakan padanya, bagaimana jika hal yang sama dilakukan pada dirinya. Katakanlah hal ini berulang-ulang, karena seorang anak umumnya mempunyai sifat egosentris, ia tidak akan memikirkan sesuatu yang tidak langsung ia rasakan. Pada dasarnya orang tua harus memberi contoh dengan melakukan segala hal yang mereka ingin anak-anak lakukan terhadap orang lain, maksudnya adalah dengan memberikan perhatian pada setiap kebutuhan mereka serta menghargai perasaan mereka, karena sikap empati adalah kunci untuk menuju keberhasilan seseorang dalam bersosialisasi.

Di sekolah aku punya tiga guru, ada Miss Shonda, Miss Edit dan Miss Alicia. Dengan mereka semualah aku belajar di sekolah. Berkat mereka, Bahasa Inggrisku makin lancar.

Oh iya, sekarang setiap pulang sekolah, aku di jemput sama mamanya Raquiyya, maksudnya aku dan Raquiyya pulang sama sama. Jadi mama tidak perlu ngonthel naik sepeda untuk jemput aku dari sekolah. Hehehe mama sich gak bisa nyetir mobil, jadi aku dititipin. But, it's fun.

Pagi hari ketika sedang menemani Mbak Zela sarapan sebelum berangkat sekolah,

Abahnya: "Abah manasin mobil dulu, susunya diminum!"

Ternyata semalam turun salju, gak terlalu banyak sich saljunya. Meski saljunya, gak terlalu tebal, tapi dinginnya tetep maknyoooss lha wong suhunya mencapai -9 derajat Celsius.

Karena ada salju, sekolah diliburkan. Yuppsss, puas puasin dach main salju nduk! Hari itu Nduk Jija keluar masuk rumah bawa semangkuk salju dibuat mainan.

Aku yakin hampir semua orang suka dengan musik, entah musik pop, rock, atau malah dangdut. Keknya garing dech kalo tidak ada musik di dunia ini.

Masih tentang musik, dulu ketika diriku masih ABG atau usia SMP, masih marak dengan musik musik yang dinyanyikan oleh Boyband seperti Backstreet Boys, Boyzone, Michael Learns To Rock wa akhowatuha... Ceritanya, saat itu emaknya nduk Jija ini ngefans banget sama Boyband asal Canada yang punya nama The Moffatts. Koleksi kaset, poster, majalah, pin saabrek numpuk di lemari. Sayang masa keemasan The Moffatts cuma sebentar, mereka membubarkan diri di awal tahun 2000 an.

Beberapa bulan yang lalu saya dengar Scott Moffatt salah satu pentolan The Moffatts bersolo karir dan mengeluarkan album perdananya The Allegory of the City. Wahhhh kambuh lagi penyakit lamaku. Mulai bernostalgia dengerin lagu lagu The Moffatts Ubek ubek internet untuk nyari cara dapetin album terbaru tersebut. Ketika berhasil menemukan website nya Scott, tanpa banyak cingcong, aku beli tuch album melalui website tersebut. sebulan, dua bulan, tiga bulan, ga nyampe nyampe CD album itu

Ealahhhhh ternyata baru kemarin CD itu sampe ditanganku. Setelah aku dengarkan lagu lagunya Scott, ternyata sedikit mengecewakan. Lagunya kok ga seenak jaman dulu ye. Bentuk fisik (cover) CD itu juga amat sederhana.

Tapi entah mengapa rasanya tidak menyesal membeli CD tersebut, enak ga enak kudu bisa masuk lemari koleksiku

Lama tidak menjenguk rumah ini, blom banyak perubahan ternyata. Alhamdulillah masih bertahan di PR 3 setelah tanggal 29 Otober (malam di USA) atau 30 Oktober (pagi di Indonesia) Google mengupdate PR secara massal. Untuk beberapa blogku yang lain ada yang mengalami peningkatan, tapi ada juga yang turun pangkat. Alhamdulillahdisyukuri saja.

"kriiing...kriiing...kring..." Lihat jam, jam empat lebih sepuluh menit sore. Sigh...Hampir setiap hari sekitar jam empat sore, ponsel selalu berdering. Malas banget ngangkat tuch telepon, karena sudah jadi agenda rutin, tuch telepon iklan.

Awalnya sich masih sabar dan coba kita ladeni tuch telepon Makin diladeni makin bikin pusing, ya wislah cuekin aja.

Kalo diingat ingat, dari mana yach mereka tahu nomor hape kita?

Wah ternyata karena kecerobohan diriku Dahulu kala pernah mencantumkan nomor telepon ini di internet. Terus masuk dach nomor telepon kita ke dalam database mereka. Akhirnya jadi langganan promosi mereka.

Yach sekedar cerita lebaran kemarin yang sayang kalo tidak didokumentasikan di blog gado gado ini

Sudah menjadi tradisi kalo setiap lebaran, Kelompok Pengajian di Atlanta mengadakan Halal bi Halal. Cuma, acara kali ini sedikit berbeda. Pengurus kelompok pengajian berinisiatif mengadakan lomba lomba setelah acara siraman rohani. Ada lomba membuat kartu lebaran untuk anak anak, lomba makan kerupuk dan lomba kelereng.

Alhamdulillah kegiatan sekolah Nduk Jija semakin lancar. Dia sudah enjoy banget di sekolah. Sekarang juga sudah hapal nama nama temannya, sering cerita apa aja yang dialaminya di sekolah. Alhasil kosakata Bahasa Inggrisnya makin banyak, pronunciationnya juga bikin emaknya ngiri Kalah jauh dech babe dan emaknya...

Materi bulan ini tentang keluarga, jadi mereka (Nduk Jija dan teman temannya) dikenalkan apapun yang berhubungan dengan keluarga. Seperti ketika dikenalkan tentang baby, mereka diajak ke ruang baby,* dikenalkan cara menenangkan kalo babynya nangis Hingga mereka diminta mengincip icip makanan bayi. Kemudian dimintai pendapat, makanan baby rasa apa yang paling disukai.

Sebenarnya Luqman masih akan mengeluarkan uneg-unegnya, mengomeli anak itu. Tapi mendadak bocah itu berdiri sebelum Luqman selesai. Ia menatap Luqman lebih tajam lagi. "Itu kan yang kalian lakukan juga kepada kami semua! Bukankah kalian yang lebih sering melakukan hal ini ketimbang saya..?! Kalian selalu mempertontonkan kemewahan ketika kami hidup dibawah garis kemiskinanpada sebelas bulan diluar bulan puasa?

Bukankah kalian yang lebih sering melupakan kami yang kelaparan, dengan menimbun harta sebanyak-banyaknya dan melupakan kami? Bukankah kalian juga yang selalu tertawa dan melupakan kami yang sedang menangis? Bukankah kalian yang selalu berobat mahal bila sedikit saja sakit menyerang, sementara kalian mendiamkan kami yang mengeluh kesakitan hingga kematian menjemput ajal..?!

Bukankah juga di bulan puasa ini hanya pergeseran waktu saja bagi kalian untuk menahan lapar dan haus? Ketika bedug maghrib bertalu, ketika azan maghrib terdengar, kalian kembali pada kerakusan kalian...!?" Bocah itu terus saja berbicara tanpa memberi kesempatan pada Luqman untuk menyela. Tiba-tiba suara bocah itu berubah. Kalau tadinya ia berkata begitu tegas dan terdengar "sangat" menusuk, kini ia bersuara lirih, mengiba.

"Ketahuilah Tuan.., kami ini berpuasa tanpa ujung, kami senantiasa berpuasa meski bukan waktunya bulan puasa, lantaran memang tak ada makanan yang bisa kami makan. Sementara Tuan hanya berpuasa sepanjang siang saja.

Dan ketahuilah juga, justru Tuan dan orang-orang di sekeliling Tuan lah yang menyakiti perasaan kami dengan berpakaian yang luar biasa mewahnya, lalu kalian sebut itu menyambut Ramadhan dan 'Idul Fithri?

Bukankah kalian juga yang selalu berlebihan dalam mempersiapkan makanan yang luar biasa bervariasi banyaknya, segala rupa ada, lantas kalian menyebutnya dengan istilah menyambut Ramadhan dan 'Idul Fithri? Tuan.., sebelas bulan kalian semua tertawa di saat kami menangis, bahkan pada bulan Ramadhan pun hanya ada kepedulian yang seadanya pula.

Tuan.., kalianlah yang melupakan kami, kalianlah yang menggoda kami, dua belas bulan tanpa terkecuali termasuk di bulan ramadhan ini. Apa yang telah saya lakukan adalah yang kalian lakukan juga terhadap orang-orang kecil seperti kami...! Tuan.., sadarkah Tuan akan ketidak abadian harta?

Lalu kenapakah kalian masih saja mendekap harta secara berlebih? Tuan.., sadarkah apa yang terjadi bila Tuan dan orang-orang sekeliling Tuan tertawa sepanjang masa dan melupakan kami yang semestinya diingat? Bahkan, berlebihannya Tuan dan orang-orang di sekeliling Tuan bukan hanya pada penggunaan harta, tapi juga pada dosa dan maksiat.. Tahukah Tuan akan adanya azab Tuhan yang akan menimpa?

Tuan.., jangan merasa aman lantaran kaki masih menginjak bumi. Tuan...,jangan merasa perut kan tetap kenyang lantaran masih tersimpan pangan 'tuk setahun, jangan pernah merasa matahari tidak akan pernah menyatu dengan bumi kelak...."

Wuahh..., entahlah apa yang ada di kepala dan hati Luqman. Kalimat demi kalimat meluncur deras dari mulut bocah kecil itu tanpa bisa dihentikan. Dan hebatnya, semua yang disampaikan bocah tersebut adalah benar adanya! Hal ini menambah keyakinan Luqman, bahwa bocah ini bukanlah bocah sembarangan. Setelah berkata pedas dan tajam seperti itu, bocah itu pergi begitu saja meninggalkan Luqman yang dibuatnya terbengong-bengong.

Di kejauhan, Luqman melihat bocah itu menghilang bak ditelan bumi. Begitu sadar, Luqman berlari mengejar ke luar rumah hingga ke tepian jalan raya kampung Ketapang. Ia edarkan pandangan ke seluruh sudut yang bisa dilihatnya, tapi ia tidak menemukan bocah itu. Ditengah deru nafasnya yang memburu, ia tanya semua orang di ujung jalan, tapi semuanya menggeleng bingung. Bahkan, orang-orang yang menunggu penasaran didepan rumahnya pun mengaku tidak melihat bocah itu keluar dari rumah Luqman!

Bocah itu benar-benar misterius! Dan sekarang ia malah menghilang! Luqman tidak mau main-main. Segera ia putar langkah, balik ke rumah. Ia ambil sajadah, sujud dan bersyukur. Meski peristiwa tadi irrasional, tidak masuk akal, tapi ia mau meyakini bagian yang masuk akal saja. Bahwa memang betul adanya apa yang dikatakan bocah misterius tadi. Bocah tadi memberikan pelajaran yang berharga, betapa kita sering melupakan orang yang seharusnya kita ingat.. Yaitu mereka yang tidak berpakaian, mereka yang kelaparan, dan mereka yang tidak memiliki penghidupan yang layak.

Bocah tadi juga memberikan Luqman pelajaran bahwa seharusnya mereka yang sedang berada diatas, yang sedang mendapatkan karunia Allah, jangan sekali-kali menggoda orang kecil, orang bawah, dengan berjalan membusungkan dada dan mempertontonkan kemewahan yang berlebihan.

Marilah berpikir tentang dampak sosial yang akan terjadi bila kita terus menjejali tontonan kemewahan, sementara yang melihatnya sedang membungkuk menahan lapar.. Luqman berterima kasih kepada Allah yang telah memberikannya hikmah yang luar biasa. Luqman tidak mau menjadi bagian yang Allah sebut mati mata hatinya.

Sekarang yang ada dipikirannya sekarang , entah mau dipercaya orang atau tidak, ia akan mengabarkan kejadian yang dialaminya bersama bocah itu sekaligus menjelaskan hikmah kehadiran bocah tadi kepada semua orang yang dikenalnya, kepada sebanyak-banyaknya orang.

Kejadian bersama bocah tadi begitu berharga bagi siapa saja yang menghendaki bercahayanya hati. Pertemuan itu menjadi pertemuan yang terakhir. Sejak itu Luqman tidak pernah lagi melihatnya, selama-lamanya. Luqman rindu kalimat-kalimat pedas dan tudingan-tudingan yang memang betul adanya.

Luqman rindu akan kehadiran anak itu agar ada seseorang yang berani menunjuk hidungnya ketika ia salah.

BOCAH MISTERIUS 1

Ada sebuah cerita menarik yang aku dapatkan dari milis yang aku ikuti. Kisah seorang bocah yang bisa kita ambil hikmah dibaliknya. Karena lumayan panjang, jadi cerita ini aku jadikan dua postingan, biar gak teler baca cerita ini

Bocah itu menjadi pembicaraan dikampung Ketapang. Sudah tiga hari ini ia mondar-mandir keliling kampung. Ia menggoda anak-anak sebayanya, menggoda anak-anak remaja diatasnya, dan bahkan orang-orang tua. Hal ini bagi orang kampung sungguh menyebalkan

Yah, bagaimana tidak menyebalkan, anak itu menggoda denganberjalan kesana kemari sambil tangan kanannya memegang roti isi daging yang tampak coklat menyala. Sementara tangan kirinya memegang es kelapa, lengkap dengan tetesan air dan butiran-butiran es yang melekat diplastik es tersebut.

Pemandangan tersebut menjadi hal biasa bila orang-orang kampung melihatnya bukan pada bulan puasa! Tapi ini justru terjadi ditengah hari pada bulan puasa! Bulan ketika banyak orang sedang menahan lapar dan haus. Es kelapa dan roti isi daging tentu saja menggoda orang yang melihatnya.

Pemandangan itu semakin bertambah tidak biasa, karena kebetulan selama tiga hari semenjak bocah itu ada, matahari dikampung itu lebih terik dari biasanya. Luqman mendapat laporan dari orang-orang kampong mengenai bocah itu. Mereka tidak berani melarang bocah kecil itu menyodor-nyodorkan dan memperagakan bagaimana dengan nikmatnya ia mencicipi es kelapa dan roti isi daging tersebut.

Pernah ada yang melarangnya, tapi orang itu kemudian dibuat mundur ketakutan sekaligus keheranan. Setiap dilarang, bocah itu akan mendengus dan matanya akan memberikan kilatan yang menyeramkan. Membuat mundur semua orang yang akan melarangnya.

Luqman memutuskan akan menunggu kehadiran bocah itu. Kata orang kampung, belakangan ini, setiap bakda zuhur, anak itu akan muncul secara misterius. Bocah itu akan muncul dengan pakaian lusuh yang sama dengan hari-hari kemarin dan akan muncul pula dengan es kelapa dan roti isi daging yang sama juga! Tidak lama Luqman menunggu, bocah itu datang lagi. Benar, ia menari-nari dengan menyeruput es kelapa itu. Tingkah bocah itu jelas membuat orang lain menelan ludah, tanda ingin meminum es itu juga.

Luqman pun lalu menegurnya.. Cuma,ya itu tadi,bukannya takut, bocah itu malah mendelik hebat dan melotot, seakan-akan matanya akan keluar. "Bismillah.. ." ucap Luqman dengan kembali mencengkeram lengan bocah itu. Ia kuatkan mentalnya. Ia berpikir,kalau memang bocah itu bocah jadi-jadian, ia akan korek keterangan apa maksud semua ini. Kalau memang bocah itu "bocah beneran" pun, ia juga akan cari keterangan, siapa dan dari mana sesungguhnya bocah itu..

Mendengar ucapan bismillah itu, bocah tadi mendadak menuruti tarikan tangan Luqman. Luqman pun menyentak tanggannya, menyeret dengan halus bocah itu, dan membawanya ke rumah. Gerakan Luqman diikuti dengan tatapan penuh tanda tanya dari orang-orang yang melihatnya. "Ada apa Tuan melarang saya meminum es kelapa dan menyantap roti isi daging ini? Bukankah ini kepunyaan saya?" tanya bocah itu sesampainya di rumah Luqman, seakan-akan tahu bahwa Luqman akan bertanya tentang kelakuannya. Matanya masih lekat menatap tajam pada Luqman.

"Maaf ya, itu karena kamu melakukannya dibulan puasa," jawab Luqman dengan halus,"apalagi kamu tahu, bukankah seharusnya kamu juga berpuasa? Kamu bukannya ikut menahan lapar dan haus, tapi malah menggoda orang dengan tingkahmu itu.."

Hari Hari Pertama Sekolah 2

Melanjutkan tentang cerita sekolah Nduk Jija, di minggu pertama dia memang masih nangis ketika kita drop di sekolahnya. Malah di sempat mogok gak mau sekolah. Akan tetapi di minggu kedua, dia sudah mulai enjoy. Gak pake acara nangis bombay segala. Seneng dan lega hati ini. Ketika libur weekend pun dia minta sekolah, walah emaknya jadi pusing nyelimur nyelimur bilang ke dia kalo Sabtu dan Minggu sekolah libur.

Yang sekarang bener bener jadi ujian buat si emak adalah, ketika jemput dia sore harinya. Pulang sekolah aku musti jemput dia ngonthel pake sepeda, panas panas ngonthel sejauh 3 kiloan, jalannya naik turun, apalagi sedang berpuasa Sabar sabar...

Beberapa waktu yang lalu ada sobat yang minta foto sepedanya, dibawah adalah foto sepeda sekaligus penumpangnya, tapi diambil ketika jalan jalan pagi, bukan sepulang dari sekolah.

Oh iya bagaimana dengan suasana Ramadhan di tempat sobat? Cerita donk! Kangen banget nich dengan suasana Ramadhan di kampung halaman.

Berpuasa disaat summer seperti sekarang, sangatlah berat. Karena bukan hanya disebabkan panasnya cuaca, akan tetapi juga karena siangnya yang lumayan panjang dibandingkan dengan musim musim yang lain. Untuk mencoba menciptakan suasana syegar di ketika berbuka puasa, aku mencoba menyiapkan hidangan yang berkuah. Berikut adalah resepnya

Bahan:
300 gram bihun
500 gram daging sapi (beef)
250 gram udang

Garnish:
1 cup kol, iris halus
2 batang daun bawang, iris2
Bawang Goreng secukupnya
Tomat secukupnya, potong dadu
Cabe rawit merah, optional

Bumbu:
2 sdm minyak goreng
2 siung bawang putih, memarkan
2 cm jahe, memarkan
2 sdt garam
1 sdt merica bubuk

Cara membuatnya:
Rendam bihun dalam air hangat hingga lunak, angkat dan tiriskan. Rebus daging hingga empuk. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih, jahe, dan udang hingga berubah warna, lalu masukkan kedalam air rebusan daging, didihkan, tambahkan garam dan merica bubuk.

Menghidangkannya: Siapkan bihun dalam mangkuk, tabur irisan kol, lalu masukkan kuah kemudian udang dan daging. Taburi dengan bahan garnish lainnya.

Hari Hari Pertama Sekolah

Minggu yang sangat melelahkan sampai gak sempat blogging. Ada teman mahasiswa dari Indonesia yang baru datang, jadi kita harus jemput dia di Bandara, capeknya karena harus bolak balik ke Bandara dan bengong nunggu berjam jam, soale pesawat kebetulan di delay terus. Weh ternyata gak Amrik gak Indonesia sama aja masalah delay mendelay. Dah ach gak mau cerita ini, cerita tentang Nduk Jija aja. Karena ini adalah minggu pertama Nduk Jija sekolah. Aku kira banyak hal menarik untuk diabadikan. Syukur syukur kalo dia udah besar bisa baca cerita ini.

Hari pertama:
Hari pertama lancar, bisa dibangunkan pagi hari. Di sekolah dia sangat senang dan menikmati semua kegiatannya. Tapi satu hal yang selalu aku khawatirkan yaitu tentang makannya, karena Nduk Jija adalah Picky eater banget. Untuk makan pagi, makan siang, dan snack udah disedian sekolah. Tapi kalo mau bawa snack atau bekal makan siang juga ga apa apa. Dia cuma makan sedikit sekali dari makanan makanan yang disediain di sekolah Karena masih preschool jadi masih ada jam tidur siang di sekolah. Tidur siangnya sekitar satu setengah jam. Hari pertama dia cuma tidur setengah jam di sekolah. Biasanya kalo di rumah dia bisa tidur siang dua sampai tiga jam. Pipis sendiri di toilet juga sudah bisa. Jadi sekolah hari pertama dari jam 8 sampai setengah tiga cukup lancar dan menarik buat dia.

Hari kedua
Pagi hari, ketika kita drop di sekolah masih semangat cuma tidak segairah hari pertama, malah bilang "Sekolahnya sama abah..." tanda tanda nich Makannya tetep sedikit yang dia makan, ga mau tidur siang. Ketika teman temannya tidur siang, eh dianya malah makan jeruk (snack yang aku bawakan dari rumah). Guling pesing dia bawa di tas, tapi gak dia keluarkan. Gak mau main sama temen temennya tapi malah ngikutin gurunya terus.

Hari ketiga:
Sebelum berangkat ke sekolah sudah menunjukkan gelagat males malesan. "I want to stay at home with mom and dad..." Ngomong kek gitu, tapi kita berusaha nyelimur nyelimur atau mengalihkan perhatiannya biar mau berangkat. Kali ini dia makan pagi di rumah, jadi biar ga terlalu sedikit makanan yang masuk ke perutnya. Ketika kita drop, nangis jilbabku dia tarik tarik Doooh ga tega rasanya... Tapi kita harus kuat.
Ketika sorenya kita jemput, kata gurunya dia nangis sekitar 10 menitan, habis itu dah diem. Di sekolah dia makan lebih banyak dari hari pertama dan kedua.
Laper kali habis 10 menitan nangis. Mau tidur siang, tanpa guling pesing pula.

Berangkat ke sekolah, abahnya Nduk Jija masih bisa nyetir dan ngedrop. Sorenya aku yang jemput, karena belum bisa dan belum berani nyetir mobil di jalan raya, jadi aku jemputnya pake sepeda pancal. Capekkkk... jaraknya jauh sekitar 2 mile. Ga apa apa wis sambil olahraga.

Anak kecil kalo di foto suka mood moodan. Kadang minta difoto, tapi pas mau tekan tombol kameranya eh malah tolah toleh ga mau lihat kamera. Kaya foto foto diatas Itulah beberapa ekspresi Nduk Jija kalo lagi ga mau di foto.

Sedangkan foto di atas, ketika dia lagi sadar kamera. Sok gaya gitu loh, tangannya ditaruh di pinggang hehehe...
