Family Favorite Pancake
2 cups self rising flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
fruit and maple syrup
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
In medium bowl, mix milk, butter and eggs until well blended.
Add to flour mixture, stir until smooth. Batter should be thin.
For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto greased, hot griddle.
Cook pancakes until bubbly on top, puffed and dry around edges.
Turn, cook sides until golden brown.
Top pancakes with fruit and maple syrup.
